RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to provide a five star level of product and customer service. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, or you simply aren't as massive as you first thought, please email us info@reaperoneseven.co.uk and we will get back to you with a return address.

RETURNS - We grant returns for a full refund on any order within 20 days of it's ship date, as long as they are in like new condition: unworn, unwashed, free of aftershave/deodorant/smoke/pet hair/marks with any stickers/tags still attached. Upon receipt of the item/s a full refund will be actioned provided they meet the above requirements. 

EXCHANGES - If a different size/colour is required, please use the return process above for a full refund and re-order your new item/s at your convenience. This prevents items going out of stock while we wait for returns and ensures your new items reach you sooner.
