FAQ
What should i include in my email?
- Your Name
- Garment type required (Tees/Hoods/Sweatshirts etc)
- Quantity required. (See minimum order quantity FAQ tab)
- Design ideas including garment colours, print colours, print locations/sizes etc.
- Your artwork/design files.
Do i need to provide artwork?
Please send us the best versions of any artwork/text/logos that you have. We can tweak and tidy for free but if extensive design work is required this will incur an artwork fee (starting from £50).
How much does it cost?
Jobs are priced individually and vary depending on the design factors (number of prints, print colours/size etc), order quantity, garment type and any design fees incurred.
If you order 75+ items we implement a 10% discount.
If you order 101+ items we implement a 15% discount.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our MOQ is 30x items.
Can i mix and match items?
Yes, as long as the design is exactly the same.
Example: If you order 20 tees and 10 hoodies and the same design is to be printed with no changes at all, then those 20 tees and 10 hoodies count towards the minimum order quantity of 30 items. This also applies to mixing different coloured garments.
What's the turnround time?
Turnaround is usually between 3 and 6 weeks from payment. We will keep you fully updated on your order and are always on comms should you need anything whilst your order is in production.
